Matthew

Buxton local Matthew started his career in mortgages back in 2002, when he worked for a Building Society in their admin team, before progressing on to being a Mortgage Adviser in 2003.

He has a wealth of experience in purchases, remortgages, buy-to-lets and ensuring your family is correctly covered with the right insurance.

Working as an independent mortgage broker, Matthew can assess deals and lenders not available on the High Street and goes the extra mile to fulfil your requirements, looking after the process from start to finish.

More recently he has extended his knowledge areas to include company buy-to-lets and business protection.

With the ongoing pandemic, advice can be given over the phone and web-based video calls, whichever best suits the client.

When not in the office, Matt likes to keep fit and active, and being outdoors.

Joe

Graduating from Lincoln University, Joe began his career in Financial Services with Vitality in 2018. With a background in customer service, Joe began his journey as part of a Graduate scheme where he was trained in Insurance and Investments, followed by 2 years working as a Business Consultant, supporting Financial Advisers across the East Midlands and Yorkshire.

Joe started with Buxton Mortgage Co. in June 2021, with a desire to begin helping clients directly with their Mortgage and Protection needs. He also has a wealth of experience across Business Protection and Private Medical insurance, meaning he can deliver well-rounded advice, tailored to each individual client.

Out of the office, Joe likes to be outdoors as much as possible – whether this is through regular exercise or something more adventurous like skydiving or paragliding. He also enjoys a good meal out and valuable time with family and friends.
